licence server doesnt work

hi

Currently i tried to install a wowza streaming engine with my licence, but it got error

The Wowza Media Systems Software licensing system was not able to connect to the licensing server to validate your license. Please validate that your machine is able to send HTTP data over TCP port 80 to the Internet. If this problem persists, please visit http://www.wowza.com/subscriptionsupport.php for up to date information

but when i try to install it with trial licence , the wowza streaming engine installed and running well.

is there anyone can tell my why does it happen?

Hello @Dimas Simanjuntak, can you verify what license you were using the first time when you got an error? Was this a license that you already had paid for?
