we need to increase incomming bandwidth on server

Hi,

we need to increase incoming

Bytes In: 97096934 @ 2.200 Mbits/s more then 10 Mbits right now there is no load on our server and our server views by only 10 to 20 users what we need to do ? we already have 20 MB link installed on encoder

Please help us.

Hi,

You would need to talk to your provider, where the server is hosted, or check that the encoder can reach the server with the appropriate bandwidth, again your provider.

The specifications shown are RAM and CPU which do not directly infer any network capability.
