My wowza server located on GCP everything is working fine and i haven’t changed anything but from last 3 days its restarts automatically and i’m unable to find the cause and don’t know from where i should start please help. @Rose
Hi @Sujit Patel, sorry this is happening. The first thing we always suggest is to make sure you have your Engine tuned for optimization. Sometimes, people have had their server shutdown when it couldn’t handle the load.

Also, please let me know if you’re getting any logs regarding heap size. Lastly, I would suggest making sure you have the required specs, especially this one:
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK) 1.8.0_77 recommended; JRE/JDK 1.7 is also supported.
If this does not help, you’ll need to submit a support ticket so we may run some tests to find the cause.

I have already installed openjdk version 1.8.0_77
And all settings under performe tuning is set to recommended.
And in logs i got nothing about heap size
Please suggest what should i do next
The only other thing we can do to help is have a look at all your files and logs and try to replicate the issue. Our engineers can run tests to find the cause, but they can only do this through a support ticket. I’d submit it as soon as you can and they’ll work closely with you on this until it’s resolved.
