Continuous Key Frame errors in Wowza cloud

I continue to see a “!” in Wowza Cloud Live Streams coming from both Wirecast and OBS encoders.

Is there a setting to correct this?

We have Wirecast set at 30FS and the KeyFrame Interval set at 60.

We have seen the video stream intermittently stop. However, using anther service at one bitrate solves the issue.

With OBS, you should try the settings below and should see a better result:
