The easiest way to handle this would be a shell script or batch command file that runs on a schedule. You can use crontab if you are using Linux/OSX for your scheduler, and Task Scheduler if you are using Windows. In your shell script/batch command file, you would just need to invoke the commands to
restart the Wowza service.
