Facebook live Privacy

Hi Friends, hen I try to create live stream key from https://graph.facebook.com/{id}/live_videos

I passed this parameter in body { Privacy: public } but its create stream key with private Privacy only for timeline.

But Its working fine for facebook pages. any documentation that can help me?
