Live Stream Delay 20-30 seconds

Hello there,

I have tried all the settings on the site, but 25-30 seconds behind it live broadcasts I want to minimize it. Example I have to download up to 3-4-5 seconds delay. In order to provide online training, I ask live broadcast questions and I need answers immediately. Is there anyone who can help?
