    Hi
It appears that Wowza can't find a stream using that IP and port.
Wowza then times out and tries again.

At the end of the line you can see "done 48" and lower "done 49"
This is the amount of retries the server has made to try and connect to the stream.

It indicated that the source hasn't been started/published or Wowza can't get to the data.

    Hi Jason,
Thanks fro the reply, is this something with the config or the source itself not going to my server.

    Hi
You can check the stream file by comparing it to what's explained here,
    http://www.wowza.com/forums/content.php?39#publish

Also further down in the guide, you can see the IP camera stream being checked using VLC directly so you know if its the source that's the issue.

It looks like a network, connectivity problem. Possibly those udp ports are blocked.
