    Default Unable to stream 4k Videos


    We are using Wowza Streaming Server 4.3.0. We have configured stream from a 4K camera in our server. When we try to display the Wowza stream from this camera stream, the browser is crashing. We think that this is because the volume of data is too large to display in a web browser. therefore, we enabled Transcoder option so that we could stream the video in lower resolutions to suit various environments.

    However, when we start this stream after enabling Transcoder option, the additional streams generated by the Transcoder automatically shut down after a few minutes. Only the original stream is visible in the Incoming Streams page. Please let us know why this is happening

    I think the best bet for help in troubleshooting this would be to open a ticket with support. to do so please zip up your /conf and /log folders and send them to
