Question Media Cache sources from Nas location

    Hello,
I configured a vod edge application with Media Cache sources that is a NAS folder and I would like to know how can I configure wowza engine to use the user credentials I decide for it to have permission to the nas folder?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Idan,

The user credentials that is used to launch the Wowza Streaming Engine service should have access to the NAS folder, or be the same credentials as the owner of your NAS folder. For example, if you have set the owner of the NAS folder to be user "wowza", then you would need to launch the Wowza Streaming Engine services under the user account "wowza" as well.
