Are you saying that your unable to publish the stream to the Wowza Streaming Engine software?
When trying to publish the streams to Wowza are you seeing any connection from the source in the log files?

As I'm unfamiliar with the Multicam Studio software, I'm unable to provide any detail of it's operation and suggest you review the user guide.
If it's unable to push a live source like an encoder, you may need an encoder in addition to the software you already have.

If you require further assistance with this, we will likely need to see a copy of the log files to confirm any connection was made. Please open a ticket with Support by sending your email to
When creating a ticket, please ensure that you provide a detailed description of the problem and a ZIP file containing the following directories for analysis:

Please make sure you provide logs which show Wowza server starting.

If you are not sure how to get this information please see the following tutorial.
How to create a compressed zip file in Windows, OS X, and Linux

Note that if you're able to record these files to MP4, they can be used with a video on demand application for playback if they're added to the [Wowza-Install]/content/ directory. You can also schedule video on demand content to play as a live stream using the StreamPublisher module if the content needs to be streamed live and you're unable to receive it as a live stream to Wowza Streaming Engine.
