There are two different applications, one will be used for Steam video, and in the other I want to watch this stream.
How to do this if the applications have different boundle id?
Sure you could stream using the free Wowza GoCoder app or an encoder that can send your stream to Wowza as RTMP or RTSP and then Wowza will ingest that stream and create an HLS playback link that can be on Apple devices.
