Assistance configuring load test tool

I have a sample video hosted at http://ip.address:1935/load_test/definst/sample.mp4/playlist.m3u8

When I try to configure an Apple HLS load test, it asks for IP, port, app, and stream; however, stream does not allow the forward slash character. So I can’t enter sample.mp4/playlist.m3u8.

The video does not play if I just enter sample.mp4. Any tips on how I might make this work?

I’m using Wowza Streaming Engine Load Test Tool Version 4.5.0. It seems fairly old.

Let me ask for you and what Apple Load test tool are you referring to? In the meantime, did you know that you could use this Jmeter load test tool which has become quite popular.
