Authention stream by stream key

Dear all,

I’m looking to dig deeper into wowza, as far as I see wowza can be re-stream to other platforms. I have some questions.
I want to create a website interface for my users. If the user visits the website, it will generate a stream key for the user.
On that website, users can choose to restream to other platforms such as facebook, youtube…

So is there any solution or addons (free or paid) that can solve the above requirements?

Stream key is nothing but the stream name.
