In smil playlist when I have more than one video and the videos are of different audio and video bitrate then the streamed video gets choppy. Please let me know if know what i am doing or what is the solution for this problem.

If you dont use SMIL, and play each video separately do you get the visual playback issues?
We may want to look at this issue in support as it would require us to check your content, and servers logs.
