I cannot play encrypted live stream when I give license key in any player from Wowza

Hi,
I use Wowza and I’m trying to encrypt live with the methods given in the documentation:

This is my method in module: public void

when I enter the url in the player it is encrypted but when I enter the license I get this error:

An error occured

CODE: 208
TYPE: media.err.src.not.supported

I also check it with curl:

I see you have submitted a support ticket and that is the best route to troubleshoot this.

Did you try decreasing the bandwidth or the profile from high to main? If you are trying to stream this to mobile phones, high profile isn’t supported on most.

You want Main (avc.77.30) or Baseline Profile (avc.66.30)
