The functionality will remain the same if you are a current Streaming Cloud customer, but you will see a newer, more modern UI when you login. The name of the product has changed, but with that comes a list of new features.

With this name change, we no longer have access to create our streams - why? When we go to our products it indicates we do not have the service, although our payment information remains the same. Also, there appears to be a $10/mo increase from what we were paying on our “Pay-As-You-Go” plan - pretty steep, but I assume our current per month price will remain the same. So how can you “re-activate” our service so we can begin to setup our streams? - BTW - we have tried the “open a ticket” route and have not received any response in three days…

Hi Matt, thanks for reaching out to me. The name change didn’t affect anyone who was using Streaming Cloud with an account that was paid and up to date. I’m not sure what’s happening with your account as I do not have access to the customer service portal, but I have asked them to please investigate and reach out to you asap.

Is it possible your messages from tech support went to spam box? Either way, I will have someone attempt to contact you right away.

Customer service said that you canceled it last year and you have another account which is active and has a different login, thus it appears you were trying to login to the old cancelled account.

Looks like they cleared it up with you in your ticket though. Hope it’s all working now.
