I created live stream and started live stream and transcoders.
But I getting error “stream is offline” using below URL

Reviewing your transcoder configuration I see that the source RTSP stream you configured is using a local LAN IP 192.168.x.x. This IP is not accessible from the Internet servers such as Wowza Video.
In order to access this RTSP resource, you must make it available to the Internet with a public IP (most likely setting up the local firewall you have to allow port 554 passthrough to the local IP).
