mp4 file is not playing in VOD

Hi,

I am using VOD Application. The sample video that you have given is working perfectly. but whenever i put my video. its just a black screen.

I have attached the video that i am trying.

Need help with this because the video is coming from an outsource and i have to co-ordinate with the outsource team.

Did you make sure you have “no client restrictions” checked in Engine Manager?

Share your url you are using to stream your mp4 please so I can see the structure.

This is an example of what it should like if you are using HLS for playback on an apple device:

http://[wowza-ip-address]:1935/vod/mp4:sample.mp4/playlist.m3u8
