The video was distorted during the live broadcast
Looking at the log, there was ”RTPDePacketizerMPEGTS.init: Drop incomplete video framest”
Is this the cause?
Can wowza solve this problem?

Yes @tatsuya kimura, we can fix that and it has to do with packet loss over UDP and your encoder attempting to properly connect to the server.
I would start here if you haven’t tried this yet:

If that doesn’t solve it, can you submit a support ticket?
We can find the issue in your packet config and buffer parameters. There is a buffer time before the data gets packetized and once it is packetized, the buffer gets flushed. We can help you check all those settings and make sure the proper ports are configured.
