SMIL not found in vod_edge

I use smil in Vod-edge and I create smil files same location as mp4 but Smile is not found.;
my sample smil link:

to troubleshoot your issue, I recommend that you open a support ticket from your account:

When creating that ticket, please include your configuration files and the latest log files that were created during the time the issue occurred.
