Starting Up... Loop. ClearCaster not loading up

URGENT Issue affecting one of our clearcasters.

Power, Network and SDI feed connected. Unit powered up and turned on and then it loads the initialising screen but then sits on ‘StartingUp’ and I can only see the SDI PGM feed on the preview monitor.

None of the x4 LED’s are showing any activity, plus not showing up as ‘online’ in the page.

Sorry you’re having issues @Hannah_Massam. For ClearCaster issues, you’ll need to contact your Wowza sales account rep or submit a support ticket right away. They need full access to your private account info and need to run some tests.
