Hi,
We have a pay as you go account for Streaming Cloud, ut I am unable to switch organisations to access it. When I click “switch org” I’m presented with no options, where as on another email attached to the account, I can switch to it. The issue is that this other account is only a support account, so cannot start a stream.
We urgently need to get a stream started. Does anyone have any ideas?
