Uploading Video file to wowza server for VOD streaming

Dear Support,

I am testing wowza streaming engine for my company. I need to upload 4K video to your server and have it streamed as VOD to my boss. I tried to sftp in to the wowza IP but it doesnt seem to connect. May i know if there is any other way to upload the video content to wowza?

I’m not sure how you have your Wowza Streaming Engine installed, but you can place your VOD assets like the tip suggests - “To play your own VOD file, copy it to [install-dir]/content and use its file name in the Media File Name field of the Test Players window. By default, Wowza Streaming Engine streams VOD content from the [install-dir]/content folder.”
