Which plan do I need for more than 30 direct playback RTMP->webRTC viewers?

Hi,

I have two questions:

1. My current plan is pay-as-you go and my goal is to create seven channels with a RTMP->webRTC conversion with about 4MBit/s and about 60 viewers each channel.
   In the “Direct Playback URLs” section, I got the message “Current maximum viewers 10 (Limit: 30)”.
   How can I increase this amount to about 60?
   Is this depending on my plan or is 30 the maximum of one channel?
   Which plan do I need to increase this to 60 users?
   If 30 is the maximum, is it possible to create 14 channels with 30 users each?

2. In this setion, there is also the message: “Usage of direct playback URLs will incur egress charges. Please consult the terms of your Cloud Subscription for details on the associated costs.”
   Are these the same egress costs as all other egress costs (e.g. $0.30 in Pay-as-you-go) or are the Direct Playback egress costs different from the normal egress costs?

We don’t address billing or payment plan options in the forums @Marcel_Fontes2 only because the sales engineers use a special calculator to determine the bandwidth you would need and they ask more questions about the architecture to make sure you have what you need, but that you’re not paying too much for what you don’t need.

We have so many plans and it would be better to email sales@wowza.com where a sales engineer can give you free guidance on what plan is best and if you need pay as you go or monthly etc. They all include different bandwidth and hours and CDN egress etc.

Because we have so many options- that’s the best way to get the right plan for your streaming needs and your budget. I also do not know all the details of the payment plans that sales offer and wouldn’t want to give you poor advice.
