i want to stream my camera using rtsp url and i stream it in my vlc player through this url:rtsp://admin:Ab12345@182.191.69.152:555/Streaming/Channels/1 but wowza cloud cant play the stream from camera and when i remove admin and password from url then pickjed

In order to review the issue we would actually need to check your Wowza Video account logs to see where the issue is with the RTSP ingest.
Can you please submit a support ticket here https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket so that one of ur support engineers can review the issue and provide a solution?
