Wowza Engine 4.8.24 How to Broadcast via Port 80?

How do you sent new version of wowza to stream via port 80.

Added port 80, comma separated into the wowza web interface but upon starting wowza it says it cannot bind to port 80 as it is already in use.

How do you stream live via port 80 in the new version

How to free up port 80 for Wowza to BIND to.
SOLVED:
Mini Mac OSX open a Terminal window and type the following:

sudo launchctl unload -w w/Applications/Server.app/Contents/ServerRoot/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.serviceproxy.plist

Then add port 80 in wowza and it will bind
