We have been pushed the SSL renew button, but we cannot get new certificate after few days. How to fix it?
Hi @James_Lin my understanding is that can happen if the certificate already expired, but that may not be your situation. I don’t have access to your private account info, but the SSL cert renewal is handled by the customer support team.
You’ll need to email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
