Passionate about technology’s impact, he focuses on driving innovation while delivering reliable, mission-critical solutions. He is committed to ensuring Wowza continues to provide the flexible, scalable, and dependable infrastructure that streaming platforms, OVPs, and developers rely on for any stream, any deployment, any protocol, any environment. Previously, Krish was CEO of BrightEdge, leading growth and transformation, and spent nine years at Google working on the search and enterprise platforms that shape digital experiences. His hands-on, customer-driven approach keeps technology aligned with real-world needs.

Paul Tennola is the Chief Financial Officer at Wowza, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and operations as it scales for its next phase of growth. A senior financial executive and strategic partner to CEOs and Boards, Paul has a proven record of building enterprise value in emerging-growth and PE-backed companies, effectively preparing them for strategic acquisitions and market debuts. Most recently, he served as CFO of Neon One, CFO and Head of Corporate Development at PayNet leading to the successful sale to Equifax, and COO/CFO of Derivatech Risk Solutions leading to the successful sale to SunGard. Paul has led 75+ buy-side and sell-side transactions across the full M&A lifecycle, from origination through integration. At Wowza, he brings that same rigor to professionalizing financial operations, sharpening the company’s growth and value creation strategy, and partnering with leadership to translate growth ambitions into disciplined, data-driven execution.

Elliot is a senior legal and business leader with over 15 years of success driving growth and scaling operations, while managing risk, for global software companies. A proven leader across legal, GTM, finance, HR, and compliance functions, and a trusted advisor to sponsors, executives, and cross-functional teams, Elliot has deep experience in SaaS, M&A, strategic partnerships, and international expansion.

Jon Corley is the Chief Technology Officer at Wowza, where he oversees the strategy and execution of the world’s most reliable streaming engine. A pioneer in cloud media processing, Jon previously founded the Elastic Transcoder service at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and architected the massive-scale delivery infrastructure for Comcast’s Peacock. With deep roots in the video ecosystem (including tenures at Brightcove and Limelight), Jon is currently focused on the intersection of video streaming and AI, helping developers move from passive video delivery to intelligent, “agentic” media pipelines and transformations.

Rob Poach is Senior Vice President, Head of Customers at Wowza, where he leads the company’s global Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Customer Experience organizations. He partners closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to improve customer outcomes, strengthen retention, and ensure the voice of the customer helps shape business and product strategy. Throughout his career, Rob has built and led global customer organizations focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving retention, and helping businesses grow.

Wanda is a revenue-focused B2B marketing executive with deep experience growing complex technical platforms and marketing to developers, engineers, and enterprise buyers. Most recently, as SVP Marketing at Cloudinary, an API-first image and video platform, she led global marketing and sales development across product-led growth, direct sales, and partner channels. Earlier in her career, Wanda held senior marketing, growth, and commercial leadership roles at Sitecore, quantilope, and SMITH, where she helped reposition complex technical products and build new growth motions. At Wowza, she will bring that experience to strengthen product positioning, reach new customers, and unlock more growth within the existing customer base.

Jay’s career spans the video surveillance, safety, and electronic security industries, where he has led high-performing sales organizations across multiple regions and vertical markets. He has deep experience building and scaling global go-to-market strategies, strengthening channel and partner ecosystems, and driving sustainable revenue growth in highly technical, fast-evolving environments. Jay is passionate about developing strong, aligned teams and creating a culture where sales and cross-functional groups work together to deliver meaningful value to customers.

Michael is a product-focused technology leader with a track record of delivering scalable SaaS platforms and AI-powered solutions for enterprise and service provider markets. At Wowza, he is focused on driving innovation and bringing new product capabilities to market that meet the evolving needs of Wowza’s global customer base. Michael has spent over 20 years delivering innovative technology solutions that serve Fortune 500 companies, powering mission-critical communications and driving customer engagement. Before joining Wowza, Michael co-founded AVA Intellect, an AI communications platform acquired by Wowza in 2025. Prior to that, he held executive roles at Megaport, PGi, and TalkPoint, leading teams across product, engineering, and AI/ML innovation.

Jenn Harvey is Vice President, GTM Strategy, Operations & Excellence at Wowza, where she aligns strategy, execution, and operating discipline across the go-to-market organization. A seasoned executive with 17+ years of experience across Sales and Customer Success, she has a track record of building scalable processes, improving operational discipline, and driving more predictable revenue performance for Enterprise SaaS organizations.

Chris is an accomplished technical and operations executive with over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality products and leading successful operations across multiple industries. With a customer-first mindset, Chris specializes in aligning technology, operations, and business strategy to drive efficiency, growth, and exceptional customer outcomes.

Sharon is Head of Human Resources at Wowza, where she leads the company’s people strategy, culture, and HR operations. With more than 15 years of experience across technology, education, and mission-driven organizations, Sharon has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to build and scale people programs that support growth, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience. She brings deep expertise in talent and performance management, organizational design, learning and development, workforce strategy, and compliance, and has led teams through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and increasingly complex global and distributed work environments. A SHRM-CP and SPHR-certified HR executive, Sharon is passionate about creating people-centered organizations where employees can do their best work and businesses can thrive.
