At Wowza, we’re committed to innovating in all areas of our business, from our award-winning streaming video server software to our internal systems. As part of this continuous improvement effort, we migrated to a new ecommerce and billing platform on September 5, 2013. This new platform will enable us to offer a more unified purchase experience, while also giving you more flexibility to manage your account.

Here are a few details about what’s changing for Wowza Authorized Resellers.

New Wowza.com Authorized Reseller Accounts

Starting on September 6, 2013, you will have a new account on Wowza.com. When you log in for the first time, enter your existing user name (i.e., the email address of your reseller account) and the temporary password you received by email. If you need a new temporary password, contact us.

*To reduce security risk, we strongly encourage you to create a new password after you log in for the first time.

New Online Store

When you’re ready to purchase additional perpetual licenses for your customers, please go to the new Wowza.com store. Add desired quantity of Wowza Media Server Perpetual Edition licenses plus AddOn licenses and click Checkout to complete your order.

New Invoices

The invoices you receive will be in a new format. See sample new monthly invoice.
