Wowza Streaming Engine Recognized for Ninth Consecutive Year

Golden, Colo. – Nov. 2, 2016 – Wowza Media Systems today announced that the Wowza Streaming Engine™ software was awarded the 2016 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Award for media server technology. In addition, Wowza Streaming Cloud™ was further recognized as a runner-up for the leading live streaming platform. This marks the ninth consecutive year that the prestigious readers’ choice award has been given to the company’s leading software or services. The award winners were announced at the 2016 Streaming Media West conference in Huntington Beach, Calif.
