Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
No. Wowza has a "no returns or cancellations" policy for ClearCaster sales.
What kind of support is included?
3 years of ClearCaster maintenance and support is included. ClearCaster hardware maintenance and support includes access to:
• Regular software updates, which include use of new Facebook Live API functionality.
• 24x7 | 365 support via phone, online or chat.
• Hardware device replacement, if determined necessary by support.
What happens if my unit breaks?
Do not try to open or repair the ClearCaster unless instructed by Wowza, as this may void the hardware warranty. Instead please contact Wowza support; they will help troubleshoot your issue. If Wowza determines your issue is hardware-related and covered by the ClearCaster warranty, you will be issued a replacement ClearCaster device.
What can I use as inputs?
ClearCaster will accept any uncompressed HDMI or SDI input.
Why should I keep my ClearCaster software up to date?
You should always keep your ClearCaster software up-to-date. This will ensure the best performance and access to the latest Facebook Live streaming features.
What terms and conditions apply to my purchase of ClearCaster devices?
The ClearCaster Sales Agreement (available at www.wowza.com/legal) exclusively governs the sale of ClearCaster devices. Customer purchase orders and similar documents are disclaimed by Wowza and do not apply to ClearCaster device purchases.
Additional software license agreements will govern use of software included on the ClearCaster device.
A Facebook account is needed to stream content to Facebook Live.
How are ClearCaster devices shipped?
Wowza will ship ClearCaster devices to you by air, FOB Wowza place of shipment (for U.S. destinations) or EXW Wowza place of shipment, Incoterms® 2010 (for international shipments). You are responsible for all insurance, tax, duties, freight, and export and customs clearance as applicable. See the ClearCaster Sales Agreement for more information.
